How much does it cost to apply?

The application fee is $7,356, sent via wire transfer.

What does a dispensing organization license allow you to do?

It allows you to cultivate, process, package, and sell low-THC medical cannabis, in any form except for smokeable products. The state defines low-THC cannabis as cannabis with under 1% THC by weight.
